Hi, I’m Cat Armor LCPH, also known as The Hormone Fairy.

I help women understand their hormones and regain control of their health during perimenopause and menopause using a holistic approach that combines advanced hormone testing, natural medicine and mindset support.

For over 16 years, I’ve worked in natural health and women’s wellbeing, helping women navigate hormone imbalance, anxiety, fatigue, weight gain and the emotional challenges that often come with midlife.

Alongside working with private clients, I also deliver menopause education and wellbeing training for organisations, supporting companies to better understand and support women in the workplace.

I’ve worked with organisations including the NHS, Coca-Cola and the Ambulance Service, and have spoken for Holland & Barrett as well as collaborating with wellness and menopause brands.

My mission is simple:

To help women feel like themselves again.

My Approach to Menopause Support

Menopause isn’t just about hormones.

It affects your energy, mood, confidence, relationships and overall wellbeing.

Many women are told their hormones are “normal” or are offered medication without a full explanation of what is happening in their body.

My work focuses on helping women:

• Understand their hormone changes
• Identify the root causes of symptoms
• Support their body naturally
• Feel calmer, healthier and more confident again

I help women take back control of their health and wellbeing during midlife.

Some women work with me instead of medication, while others work with me alongside HRT or medical treatment to improve symptoms and overall wellbeing.

Qualifications & Professional Training

My Story, How it all began!

Like many women I support, my passion for menopause health comes from personal experience.

Just before turning 40, I began experiencing signs of early perimenopause, night sweats, weight gain, irregular periods and emotional ups and downs.

When I started talking about these symptoms with friends and clients, I realised many women were going through the same thing, often feeling confused, unsupported or dismissed.

That’s when I became passionate about helping women understand their hormones and navigate menopause with confidence and support.

But my journey into natural medicine began much earlier.

At 21, when my baby daughter had a reaction to vaccinations and the medical system offered little support, I discovered homeopathy and natural medicine.

That experience changed the direction of my life.

In 2009, after my father passed away, I made the decision to pursue my passion and train professionally in natural health therapies.

Since then I’ve dedicated my career to helping women improve their health and emotional wellbeing.

A Little About Me

Outside of my work as The Hormone Fairy, I’m also a mum of two, a widow and now a proud grandma.

Like most women in midlife, I juggle life, family and work while navigating my own hormone journey.

I believe health is about balance, not perfection.

Yes, I go to the gym and eat well — but I also love a good coffee, the occasional girls’ night with Prosecco, and I’ll never say no to cake or chocolate.

Because living well shouldn’t mean giving up everything you enjoy.

Why I Do What I Do

Life hasn’t always been easy.

Like many women, I’ve experienced grief, heartbreak, financial challenges and the pressure of raising children while managing life’s ups and downs.

Those experiences have given me a deep understanding of how emotional wellbeing and physical health are connected.

Today, my passion is helping women who feel overwhelmed, exhausted or disconnected from themselves find their strength, balance and confidence again.

Because menopause shouldn’t mean losing yourself.

It can be the start of a powerful new chapter.
