Our bespoke retreats in January-March are held in a wonderful 17th century manor house in Bedfordshire.


The magic of Tofte Manor is held in its 50 acres of beautiful gardens, with its grass labyrinth and fire pit.  During our overnight stays you’ll enjoy cosy girly chats around the warmth of open log fires during the winter and fun in the sunshine relaxing by the swimming pool during the summer.  What makes Tofte Manor different is the harmonious holistic environment the owner has created, as well as the fact that the Manor House still retains its purpose as a home. This gives it a unique atmosphere of privacy and comfort whilst still delivering top quality service, accommodation and catering.  Tofte Manor is within easy reach of London, Heathrow, Luton and Cambridge with regular train and taxi services.

Typical Itinerary for Refresh & Recharge Retreat  (subject to change)

  • Before

    Prior to your Retreat, you’ll receive access to a pre-recorded Webinar / Masterclass that you can watch in the privacy of your own home.  You’ll gain a better understanding of the menopause and your symptoms so that you can come to the Day or Weekend Retreat with your Questions.

  • 10am -

    Arrival, Menopause Café  A safe open space to make friends over Coffee & Cake, be open and honest about your physical symptoms or emotions, feel understood and supported.

  • 10.45am

    Release Ritual around the Firepit A powerful exercise to write down your future intentions, and release any feelings or circumstances that are holding you back.  Letting go of attachments both the bad and the good, letting go of expectations frees us and opens us to creativity. 

  • 11.15am

    Walk the Labyrinth Learning the history behind the Labyrinth of Sacred Union.  Our walk activates the right and left hemispheres of the brain, creating balance in our physical body, connecting to the energy in our hearts. 

  • 12.30

    Nutritious Lunch Learn what foods can help you during the Menopausal Years.  (Please check details of each event, the 28th March does not include Lunch. 

  • 1.30pm

    Mindfulness Walk in Nature, discover the right type of Exercise for your body and how to release stress and worries using Mindfulness and nature.

  • 3.15

    Meditation & Sound Bath A guided meditation increasing calmness and physical relaxation, to improve psychological balance, helping you to cope with your menopause symptoms and enhance overall hormonal health.  Followed by a gentle sound bath using bowls, gongs and other instruments using sound vibrations to shift your brain into a deeper meditation.

  • 4pm

    Coffee & Cake Time for you to Reflect, ask questions, read or use the Beautiful Facilities and grounds.

  • 5pm


Following your Retreat, you’ll have the option to continue to Work with both Catherine and Cat by joining our Online Membership Group or a follow up Programmes to manage your Hormones and Mindset.

RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY If you need to cancel your reservation more than 60 days before the scheduled retreat date, you will forfeit your deposit, unless we are able to fill your spot with another participant. Cancellations made 60-30 days prior to the retreat date are subject to a cancellation fee in the amount of the full deposit. We regret that any cancellations within 30 days or less are subject to a cancellation fee in the amount of 100% of the retreat cost. Fees are completely non-refundable and non-transferable. Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early. We are NOT responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. There is no exception to cancellation policy including weather or personal emergencies, flight cancellations or delays. We recommend purchasing Travel Protection Insurance through a qualified agent. If we must cancel a retreat, there will be 100% refund on all funds received to date. Thank you for understanding and respecting the cancellation policy
