Yes, if you are taking a Programme with additional supplements or Herbal tonics please check with your Doctor.  Homeopathic remedies  are safe, gentle, non-addictive and will not interfere with other medical treatments. When on a programme including remedies, you will be sent a Health Form to complete, please return this to us letting us know any medication you are on.

As with anything that requires you to be healthier and make changes, such as a healthy eating programme or cleanse, preparation is key. You need to allow some time for preparation.  Many of the meals can be planned in advance, and there is an optional clean eating recipe book with some great family recipes.

Yes! If you follow the Cleanse fully, often in the first phase is 7-10 days, when you eat foods that aren’t right for your body, besides having excess weight, you can feel bloated, sluggish and lethargic. The full 28 day Hormone Reset gives you the results you are looking for because you will remove foods that cause inflammation in the body. This will alleviate issues like bloating and lethargy. And, by removing inflammatory foods, the cells in your body will stop holding onto fat and the weight will release.

You will be eating 3 meals per day plus healthy snacks.  You may experience slight hunger the first two days of the cleanse phaseas you cut out sugars, but you can always add in a snack from the meal plans provided. They’re packed with amazing recipes that will likely become favourites of yours, even after the cleanse.  

While I encourage you to participate in a LIVE programme, and join in the live calls if at all possible, you can join at any time throughout the season or year.  Videos and coaching calls are recorded and available in the Library - so you can listen from the comfort of your own home at anytime.
