I managed to bring my hormones back into balance naturally, but it was the death of my Husband when I was just 42 that made me WAKE UP, MAKE CHANGES and put NO.1 on my back.
For a short time after his passing, I became that woman who was anxious, stressed, fearful over money and who felt incredible “Mum Guilt”. I was so busy at the time keeping my children happy plus working to pay the mortgage & keep the roof over our heads that I didn’t look after myself emotionally. And as a result, all those years of unprocessed emotions and a lack of fun in my life made my stress hormones rocket and my sex hormones started to dip again!
I went back to the drawing board, back to my college notes, learnt some incredible techniques and delved deep to process all the emotions that were holding me back from living my best life, feeling confident and stress free!
